Delivering the Collaboration Premium in Local Government

ASC Management will be working with the ServQ Alliance on a major project to deliver the Collaboration Premium in local government.

The project team is drawn from industry practitioners and leading institutions:

    • University of Leeds
    • University of Wales Institute Cardiff (UWIC)
    • Actica Consulting and
    • ServQ

The team is known as the ServQ Alliance and has more than a dozen highly regarded advisors including two professors, the Head of Strategy at the University of Leeds and Ken Thompson, a leading author and consultant on virtual working and web 2.0 applications.

Andrew Crossley has been working with the Alliance throughout the project preparation, communication and set up phases. Crossley says,

"This is a project with major potential for our client group of 10 local authorities. It responds to the challenges of ensuring effective collaboration across traditional geographic and functional boundaries. The team will be using a combination of Value Management, Asset Management and the Balanced  Scorecard all underpinned by ServQ's Collaboration Premium approach"
